Welcome to the KC Power Clean Inc. Membership Program. By enrolling in our recurring membership services, you ("Client") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms &

Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before finalizing your enrollment.

1. Membership Billing, Authorization & Pricing

  • Recurring Billing Authorization: By checking the agreement box on the enrollment form, you authorize KC Power Clean Inc. to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle begins on the day of initial enrollment and will automatically renew on the same calendar day of each subsequent month until formally cancelled.

  • Pricing Elements: Listed membership prices are final consumer rates inclusive of all platform fees, base operational costs, and partner marketing allocations.

2. Scope of Weekly Maintenance Services

  • Service Description: Weekly maintenance services are strictly limited to exterior debris removal (leaf blowing) of the front exterior property footprint, adjacent front walkways, and front sidewalks. Side yards, backyards, and enclosed patios are excluded from weekly maintenance.

  • High-Volume Logistics & Scheduling: To efficiently manage neighborhood routes, services are structured on a high-volume residential routing model. KC Power Clean Inc. does not provide firm time-slot confirmations or exact appointment arrival windows for weekly visits. Crews will service properties within designated neighborhood route days.

  • Property Access & Forfeiture Rule: It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure all gates, pathways, and front exterior areas are unlocked and free of obstructions (including pets, vehicles, or locked gates) on their scheduled route day. If access is not provided when the crew arrives, the Client immediately forfeits that week's service visit. KC Power Clean Inc. will not issue credits, refunds, or guaranteed remobilizations (rescheduled visits) for missed access.

3. Yearly Powerwashing Benefits & the "Unlocked Period"

  • Yearly Membership Benefit: Deep-cleaning terrace powerwashing services are designed as a yearly, long-term membership incentive.

  • The Unlocked Period: Powerwashing services become eligible to be scheduled only after the completion of three (3) consecutive months of active, paid membership.

  • Quarterly Pacing Restrictions: For higher-tier memberships that include multiple front or back washes, services must be spaced out to accommodate seasonal operations. Following the initial Unlocked Period, a maximum of one (1) individual area wash (either one front terrace OR one back terrace, depending on your selected tier) can be claimed and scheduled per calendar quarter (every 3 consecutive months).

  • Location Restrictions: All unlocked powerwashing privileges apply strictly and exclusively to the specific property address and unit number submitted on the initial enrollment form. These services are completely non-transferable to other properties, units, neighbors, or individuals.

4. Third-Party Promotions & Incentives

  • Administration: All promotional incentives, gift certificates, vouchers, and member mailings distributed alongside this program are administered exclusively by Entertainment Resources.

  • Liability Exclusion: KC Power Clean Inc. acts solely as the property service provider and assumes absolutely zero liability for the delivery, tracking, printing errors, discrepancies, scheduling issues, cancellations, or final redemption fulfillment of third-party promotional certificates or materials. All incentive inquiries must be directed to Entertainment Resources.

5. Standard Operational Disclosures & Property Liability Waivers

  • Surface Stains & Blemishes: KC Power Clean Inc. utilizes industry-best cleaning standards but does not guarantee the complete reduction or total elimination of deep-set, historical stains, rust, oil burns, or blemishes embedded within your hard surfaces.

  • Inherent Workzone Risks & Hold Harmless: High-pressure washing and blasting carry inherent environmental risks. The Client agrees to hold KC Power Clean Inc. harmless for unavoidable hardships or superficial wear resulting from normal service deployment, including but not limited to: electrical disruptions, water leakage through weathered seals, minor wear on brittle glass or aging hard surfaces, and chemical responses on highly sensitive adjacent vegetation or plants.

  • Utility Requirements: Access to a dependable on-site water source and/or power outlet may be required to complete deep-cleaning washes. In the event that essential utilities are completely unavailable or turned off when our crew arrives for a scheduled powerwashing session, a trip/dry-run fee will be incurred.

  • Site Presence Waiver: The Client or an authorized representative is highly encouraged to be present on-site at the start and immediate completion of any major powerwashing service. If the Client chooses not to be present upon project completion, they explicitly waive their right to complimentary touch-up services. Any request for a callback visit will be billed at standard commercial rates.

  • Hazardous Materials: Our standard pricing does not account for the mitigation of legally restricted hazardous materials (such as lead paint, asbestos, or heavy metals). If restricted materials are discovered on a surface during a deep-cleaning sequence, operations will safely pause, and a formal Change Order (CO) will be required to proceed under legal compliance thresholds.

6. Strict Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Requirement: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing direct notice to KC Power Clean Inc.through email at [email protected] or reply the word CANCEL to text message appointment reminders.

  • 15-Day Window: To successfully prevent automated billing for an upcoming cycle, your cancellation request must be formally submitted at least fifteen (15) days prior to your next scheduled monthly charge date.

  • Effect of Cancellation: All membership fees paid prior to the effective cancellation date are completely non-refundable. Upon processing a valid cancellation notice, maintenance services will continue to be rendered through the remainder of the active, paid monthly billing period, after which all service scheduling and third-party account processes will be deactivated.

Acknowledgment: By checking "I agree to the terms above" on the enrollment portal, you verify that you have read, understood, and accept these operational parameters, scheduling constraints, and billing policies in full.
